Excellent Beachfront Location
luggage service amazing view room size breakfast choice
I appreciated the luggage service directly from the pier to the hotel. The hotel also arranged transport back. I had an amazing sea view from my spacious room. The breakfast had many choices (especially the fresh fruit).
The shower was slightly clogged, but I did report it before leaving.

The room had a large balcony with a beach view, providing ample space to relax. It featured a kitchen sink, microwave, fridge and also a living room. The bathroom even had a window.

complimentary pickup helpful staff quiet location
I appreciated the complimentary pick-up service from the pier. The front desk staff was polite and helpful . The location was quiet and suited my need for relaxation. The nearby beach bar was a welcome amenity.
The elevator sometimes closed forcefully.

Amazing Beachfront Location and Great Service!!!

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It offered many selections. Staff were very kind. They arranged boat tours. I found it better than hotels in Phuket and Krabi. I would definitely stay here again. Luggage service met us at the pier with a sign and delivered our suitcases. The view from the room was amazing and I watched the world go by.
I did see a cockroach running out of the trash can. It is hard to blame them, since we're in SE Asia.

The hotel's location is a bit away from the main party area. This makes it a quieter and more relaxing place to stay. It is a quick ten-minute walk to the main section of town though.

The staff are helpful and friendly. They arranged convenient luggage delivery from the pier. Massages are available right outside the hotel for around 400 baht for an hour. They are very convenient.

The breakfast offers many selections and is of good quality. There are many amazing places very close by. I definitely would rather go out and eat than pay to eat at the hotel.

The location was directly on the beach! That was very convenient. The views were lovely from the room. The room had a big television that I could rotate to face the bed or the seating area.
The hotel seemed somewhat old. I noticed some issues with general upkeep. I could smell humidity in the room. That was unpleasant. Breakfast choices were limited. That was a disappointment.
