I appreciated the luggage service directly from the pier to the hotel. The hotel also arranged transport back. I had an amazing sea view from my spacious room. The breakfast had many choices (especially the fresh fruit).
The shower was slightly clogged, but I did report it before leaving.

The room had a large balcony with a beach view, providing ample space to relax. It featured a kitchen sink, microwave, fridge and also a living room. The bathroom even had a window.

I appreciated the complimentary pick-up service from the pier. The front desk staff was polite and helpful . The location was quiet and suited my need for relaxation. The nearby beach bar was a welcome amenity.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It offered many selections. Staff were very kind. They arranged boat tours. I found it better than hotels in Phuket and Krabi. I would definitely stay here again. Luggage service met us at the pier with a sign and delivered our suitcases. The view from the room was amazing and I watched the world go by.
I did see a cockroach running out of the trash can. It is hard to blame them, since we're in SE Asia.

The hotel's location is a bit away from the main party area. This makes it a quieter and more relaxing place to stay. It is a quick ten-minute walk to the main section of town though.

The location was directly on the beach! That was very convenient. The views were lovely from the room. The room had a big television that I could rotate to face the bed or the seating area.
The hotel seemed somewhat old. I noticed some issues with general upkeep. I could smell humidity in the room. That was unpleasant. Breakfast choices were limited. That was a disappointment.
